LG SUPER Picture Quality technology utilizes the SUPER+ Resolution Technology to revive low picture quality to high resolution vivid picture quality. It sharpens up blurred edges and adds new zest to dim colors. The E2381VR converts SD-level content into HD signals, creating realistic images.

LG SUPER Angle technology allows real color expression at any angle with a wide viewing angle of 178°. On top of this, The led linear high bay light model comes equipped with full-HD and Mega Contrast Ratio, along with HDMI, perfect for graphic/photo imaging work as well as computer games.

LG SUPER Energy Saving technology lowers energy costs by as much as 25% compared with conventional LED monitors, without any degradation of picture quality. With the E2341V series, we can care for our environment while enjoying vividly clear picture quality.

In the other funded projects, Cree ($1.6 million) and Philips Lumileds ($2.0 million) will work on product development of more cost-effective high-performance devices, with the Philips subsidiary focused on led high bay light, low-current chips that should simplify driver IC requirements. Cree’s target will be to produce ultra-bright warm-white LED packages capable of 128 lm/W efficacy.
