We have invested in new manufacturing equipment in order to increase work efficiency

Construction of the new building broke ground in March 2010, and the building was fully operational by December 2010. The manufacturing facility features state-of-the-art capabilities including a new CNC milling station, CNC brake press, CNC laser and a soon to be added automated powder coating system. The company also bolstered their engineering department to focus on advanced LED technology and increased domestic product development. The office features enhanced technology including a new phone system, a 65-inch monitor in the executive conference room and 46-inch monitors in the training room.

The new, 200,000-square-foot manufacturing building in Southern California, co-headquarters with the Littman Group’s 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Upstate New York. The Littman Group family of brands includes: Troy Lighting, Corbett Lighting, CSL (Creative Systems Lighting), Hudson Valley Lighting and Troy Landscape Lighting.

The acquisition expands Johnson Controls lighting services beyond the school

Orion’s LED fixture, designed to perform at temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit, has been retrofitted in more than 3 million square feet of freezer and cold-storage space in facilities across the nation in the past several months. Companies with Orion LED technology in their facilities include US Foods, Sysco, Americold, and Save-A-Lot. The three approved Orion LED fixture models vary based on application-specific lens configuration. Orion’s LED fixtures are designed to replace traditional high intensity discharge and T8 and T5 fluorescent fixtures. Orion’s LED fixtures use 123 watts compared to 400-watt HIDs and 298-watt fluorescents.
